Running and fitness coach

As a former college athlete competitive runner and swimmer I continue to maintain solid fitness habits. This also includes a healthy diet and lifestyle. I did struggle with weight gain a few years back (due to frequent work travel) and was able to overcome to exceed my fitness and weight goals. I have shared these with others for to help coach in their successes. My health advisor has even taken a liking to how well I take care of myself and stay fit. Happy to share my knowledge with you to develop a plan to meet your needs )
