We are well known for using 100% fresh natural milk no preservatives chemical ingredients or artificial colorings. A lot of our ingredients are frozen and flown from Taiwan to maintain our quality. Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Food Service Manager who wants to be part of Milksha s family. We need individuals who value our philosophy of sustainability and high food standards - sharing pureness and joy with customers.Job Description Supervise and manage team members ensure the quality of services and provision of products meet the store standards. Guarantee health and safety protocols in store following the local health authorities Negotiate with suppliers ensuring the quality of ingredients and reasonable prices Set store procedure policy and work schedules for better management and operation. Cope with customer inquiries and complaints ensuring positive guest experiences Recruit and train team members including work ethics attendance and safety procedures. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Inspect and guarantee the food is provided safely and compliant with store requirements or special requests from guests. Ensure hygiene for food handling and processing general cleanliness follows health & safety protocols of Milksha and regulations of local health authorities. Observe and record daily sales. Personal Suitability Supervisory skill Organizational skills and problem-solving skill Reliable and supportive Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking skill Well-developed interpersonal skill and customer service techniques Great oral and written communication skills Minimum Education College diploma in hospitality or related areas. Work Experience 1 - 2 years of work experience in serving industry is required.
