Looking to hire Customer Service Rep.1st shift - 6am start timeMust count with recent experienceESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answering high volume of calls order taking for existing and new customers. Order verification changing existing orders cancelling orders. Process orders taken by email and fax backorders backorder reports must ship pending will call orders non-cancellable special orders. Work in tandem with Customer Service representatives and Outside Inside sales force to provide superior customer service.
