Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order. Assist in unloading and unpacking of incoming parts and materials. Transfer in process parts to various departments within the shop and to the stockroom. Assist shop leaders in locating work orders parts and materials within the shop. Pick parts from stockroom for weldments and assemlies. Clean oils and rust off of materials before being welded. Transfer scrap from various departments to the proper locations. Assist shop employees in handling oversized parts. Keep raw material and weld shop neat and clean.
