Maintenance Technician - Troubleshooting Repairing Cleaning Lubricating Equipment - Burton OH - JOB 22-00425Pay Range 20.00 - 22.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits. A well-established injection molding company is seeking to hire some Maintenance Technicians to be responsible for maintenance of all injection molding and other plant equipment.REQUIREMENTSBasic maintenance experience including pm maintenance & mold tool repair Able to assemble or disassemble equipment as required. Competent to perform Die-Setter responsibilities. Have mechanical aptitude and physical dexterity sufficient to operate common hand tools. Possess understanding of basic math functions to include fractions and decimals. Have physical capability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds and stand for extended periods of time. RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshooting repairing cleaning and lubricating equipment Preforming preventive maintenance activities Be aware of standards and locked processes improve as needed. Monitor S.P.C. charts and record and changes made Assist the Die Setter as needed to keep sets timely and the production process operating efficiently. Maintain daily communication with Maintenance Manager Report any unsafe conditions equipment and damage or material losses to the Maintenance Manager. Strive for continuous improvement in quality productivity and safety. Installing and startup of new equipment. Monitor machine capabilities or changing conditions and report them to the Shift Supervisor and Maintenance Manager. Willingness to work overtime when required. Monitor and correct all compressed air leaks. Performing building repairs and grounds maintenance. Excellent attendance. Maintain a clean and orderly shop.
