Hilton Resources has partnered with a downtown growing company who is looking for a skilled HR Accountant to provide financial administrative and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.ResponsibilitiesPerform day to day financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts receivables data Prepare all cash related journal entries accurately and timely ensuring all proper documentation is attached. Prepare all deposit entries in the accounting system accurately and timely ensuring all proper documentation is attached. Update the daily cash reconciliation spreadsheet every morning for the prior day s cash transactions for all bank accounts per the banks cash report. Ensures transactions are recorded presented and supported in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles SkillsProven working experience as accounts receivable clerk accounts receivable manager or accountant Solid understanding of basic accounting principles fair credit practices and collection regulations Proven ability to calculate post and manage accounting figures and financial records Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software High degree of accuracy and attention to detail BS degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration or Equivalent Experience Job Types full-time Contract Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Physical Setting Office Work from HomeMonday to Friday
