The ability to sign up jobs right from our mobile app JobStack Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is 14 hour What you ll be doing as a Production Workers Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy Knowledgeable of all jobs within the Production Line Department Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care Report any machinery issues to management Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management Follow all written and verbal instructions Record product packaging and order information on specific forms Measure weight and count product Load product on pallet station label product and strap unit by hand tool Assist to prepare shipment Attend all safety and production trainings Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Available shifts Shift Timings 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements Worked in production line manufacturing environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently within a team across all levels and diverse cultures Ability to multi-task meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented and organized Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members. High school diploma or equivalent required Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Good communication skills Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times.
