We are seeking an IT Manager for our financial services client located near Lawrence MA.Responsible for contributing to and managing the company s IT plans and goals to improve processes and procedures including vulnerability analysis cybersecurity challenges and solutions. Providing oversight of research purchase and implementation of new software and hardware maintain IT inventory manage the 3rd party IT MSP. Oversight of forecasting and budgeting of the IT needs. Manage and support IT staff in multiple locations.Must have knowledge of file server architecture Active Directory Office 365 Citrix XenApp 5.0 6.5 Microsoft Comp Portal Duo Security Multi-Factor Authentication and SAML Single Sign-on.Must have knowledge of database construction management and report writing. Must have strong communication leadership multi-tasking analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with a 3rd party IT Managed Service Provider and or experience with mobile device management is a plus.Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science or related field with a minimum of five years of experience working in Information Technology.Master s degree is a plus.Highly competitive salary and outstanding benefits package.
