Maintain administrative staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum office efficiency. Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations. Supervise administrative staff by communicating expectations evaluating performance appraising job results and disciplining employees. Develop implement and improve administrative systems policies and procedures. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Set budgets monitor spending and other expenses. Plan schedule and promote office events including meetings conferences workshop orientations and training sessions. Coordinate the purchase of supplies equipment and forms and approve invoices. Manage organize and store information using computers and filing systems. Prepare reports to senior management. Requirements At least college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field. Minimum 2 years of responsibility in business administration or other related field. Professional experience in supervisory managerial position is an asset.
