Remote Junior Scrum Master needs 3-5 years of Scrum master experienceRemote Junior Scrum Master requires Strong working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and managing stakeholder expectations in potentially high stakes situations Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including senior management) on issues of strategy risk process and ongoing operations. Outstanding communication facilitation negotiation and mentor skills Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum SAFe events such as Sprint Planning Release Planning and Program Increment (PI) Planning. Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence. Basic Technical background or understanding of the Azure cloud computing platform is a plus Certified SAFe Scrum Master. Understanding of PaaS software delivery model Familiarity with the retail industry & best practices Provides guidance coaching and mentoring to less experienced Scrum masters Basic understanding of BI tool like - Power BI Tableau. Remote Junior Scrum Master duties Leads the team s efforts in relentless improvement and facilitates the team s retrospective.
