Bean Around the World Coffees located in North Vancouver is looking for a Caf Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Caf . This position will also directly monitor revenues and control the inventory for the Caf as well as handling customer complaints and feedback. Employer Name Duchess Designs Ltd. (D.B.A. Bean Around the World Coffees)Work Location 506 Chesterfield Ave North Vancouver BC V7M 2L9Position Title Caf ManagerTerms of Employment Full-time PermanentEstimated Starting Date As Soon As PossiblePosition Available 1Wage 26.44 - 27.44 per hour (depending on working experience)Working Hours 35 hours per week (including early morning)Benefit 2 weeks of paid vacation per year & TipsResponsibilities Plan and oversee the team member schedules and ensure team members adhere to all health and safety policy Assist the Director of Operation with recruiting new staff members Oversee the training procedure and evaluate the performance of the team members Monitor sales revenues and budgets and control sales promotions aiming to improve the profit margins Plan implement and assess the operational procedures and oversee the operation of the caf Manage and control the inventory and supplies for the Caf Handle customers complaints and feedback and ensure quality customer service Deal with all necessary arrangements with vendors and suppliers Coordinate catering and other events with customers as required. Qualifications Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required Several years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience are required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great team player Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multitude of tasks efficiently Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
