Good time management communication and organization. Develop training and monitoring systems to ensure employees are on track. Experience in quality and or metal finishing. Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) & 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekend Pay rate 23.00- 25.00 Hour Responsibilities Train staff Provide feedback and coaching and retrain where needed Develop training practices and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Must be US Person per ITAR regulations US Citizen or Permanent Resident only Must have negative Drug Alcohol test Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish) Must have impressive communication presentation and interpersonal skills Must have excellent time management and organizational skills Must have basic understanding of Excel Word PowerPoint Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a teaching training position Experience in Quality and or Metal Finishing preferred
