Drills taps or reams holes aligns components and bolts screws or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools. Installs moving parts such as shafts levers fan blades bearings and work them to test free movement. Bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Operates tube-rolling equipment. Prepares final assemblies for shipment or storage per applicable drawings. Ability to read blueprints is a plus. Forklift experience a plus. Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodations. A fast-paced work environment requires climbing crawling reaching above shoulders. 2 years of experience required.
