We are looking for a skilled and experienced Detail Shop Supervisor. Every member on our team has a mindset that always looking to change and grow high valuing flexibility among individuals. Job Duties Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing automobiles performing related services. Maintains safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work for our team members and customers. Quotes prices to customers desiring such services as automobile waxing polishing. Builds ongoing relationships with customers to establish repeat business and referrals Provides and assists customers in additional detailing services. Resolves customer complaints. Arranges working schedule and keeps records of daily receipts employee time wage data and supplies used. Assists in hiring new staff and provides necessary training. Participates in washing polishing or performance of other services when needed. Qualification At least completion of secondary school. Previous working experience in car wash auto detailing or related industry is required supervisory experience is an asset.
