The PeopleReady located at Santa Clara California 95050 is currently hiring a PR 1290373 Lab Technician Process Ops Job Description This position will test analyze and compile data from laboratory tests including raw in-process and finish products to ensure compliance with product consistency safety and quality standards. The position reports to the Laboratory Supervisor. Will train on first shift with high potential to move to 2nd shift position. Process metal parts through a series of chemical baths. Test the products following trained proceedure. Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) & 3rd Shift (Night) Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour - 21 Hour Responsibilities Perform standard and non-standard testing to incoming and finished chemical products for the rubber and plastics industries Test equipment include MDR Rheology FTIR Ash Mooney Viscosity Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications Ability to function in a hands on manufacturing environment. Maintain laboratory quality standards and requirements. Aptitude with basic computing skills using MS office. This is a description of minimum job duties other tasks may be required as necessary.
