A Janitor or Custodian helps keep a building clean and orderly. PeopleReady is looking to immediately fill openings for workers who take pride in their work ethic and aren t above the tasks required of them. In addition to cleaning duties as a Janitor you will do light maintenance help repairs and many other diverse tasks that make the position different every single day. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timing - 2nd Shift (Evening) Responsibilities Include Dusting of horizontal and vertical surfaces. Sweeping and spot mopping floors. Cleaning of restrooms as needed. Stripping and waxing floors. Knowledge and experience with floor machines helpful but not required. Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred Attention to detail Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly Able to work frequently with cleaning chemicals Background check required Drug test required A criminal background check may be required.
