Scrum Master needs 5-10 years of experienceScrum Master requires Solid experience of being an SM for a Scrum and or Kanban Team. Organization interpersonal skills and collaboration within and across teams are essential for this position. Agile SAFE (required) Experience managing more than one team (2 or more) Good communication and collaboration self-starter Retail is a plus and mainframe.Background in technology is a plus Experience working closely with PO to understand backlog priorities and stay in sync Experience with calculating team capacity understanding and applying previous sprint metrics Worked with the SAFe agile framework as a SM and participated in a PI event (Nice to have) On prem to cloud migration project experience (Nice to have) Has coached other SMs in organization (Nice to have) Any release management experience Experience using Jira Confluence Agile Methodologies
