The PeopleReady located at Brampton Ontario L6W 3E2 is currently hiring a PR 1290362 Sandblasting Worker Job Description PeopleReady is hiring forSandblasting Workers. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 18.50 Hour. Monday-Friday Shift 7 00 am to 3 30 pm there is potential for overtime. Responsibilities Include Sandblasting various types of metal parts. Sandblasting utilizing a cabinet style when required. General labour duties including the use of a lift truck to dump Scrap metal chip bins. Clearing of snow when necessary using a large walk behind snow blower. Power Washing of Equipment and general maintenance. Sandblasting various types of metal parts within a covered building removing rust and various coatings to bring the parts down to bare metal. Proper PPE supplied. General labour when not blasting including cleanup organization maintenance etc. Using a Lift truck to deliver and remove metal parts from the Sandblasting area therefore previous experience on a Lift Truck is required. General labour Duties requiring the use of a Lift Truck There is no Bus service to this location. Qualifications Previous manufacturing industrial experience an asset. Lift Truck experience required. Sandblasting Painting Fabrication experience an asset. Transportation Required Must have experience in sheet metal buffing and grinding.
