Hi I m a Divorcee seeking affordable rent options for my 2 daughters and I who visit less than 50%. Im open to taking over a sublease or having a roommate to share an existing home or to cosign and share with a trustworthy family friendly person. I have a budget of under 1200. I m ready to move March - April. It appears since I last searched for housing the rent has been raised 150 or more a month. The income and credit requirements are even higher and more unrealistic now. I m scheduled to be out of my current apt. soon. It s too small. If you re also an amazing person but you fall short of the rental requirements or just need to save your hard earned money let s talk about how we can divide the cost and or search for a place together They almost always approve with 2. I m a past landlord so a sublease take over would be ok too. About me I m 43 easy going self employed with guarenteed income due to a partial disability. I only have my 2 well behaved daughters PT so it would only be short visits. ( my 6yr old girl comes to stay Fri. afternoon to Sun. afternoon my 14 yr girl visits every 3-4 months for a couple weeks). I d aim for seperate living quarters. If you have a friendly dog or half custody of your kids too that s great. I m looking for 2bd houses condos in Denver Colorado Springs or surrounding areas closest to the mtns because I hike all the time. The ideal roommate would be a single parent or disabled individual who needs my help with ADLs and or housecleaning. I was a past CNA. Someone respectful and considerate and enjoys home cooking.
