Product Line Manager - Automation - Willoughby Ohio - JOB 22-00195 Salary Range 75K - 95K Permanent Position with Benefits Willoughby Ohio Company is seeking a Product Line Manager. The Product Line Manager s key responsibilities are to research design develop and test products. Understand the products and the requirements. Responsible for development of the products. Oversee key aspects of the technical product process and provide coordination between all teams. Develop concepts for automated manufacturing systems. Create custom proposals with estimates. Organize drawings supporting documents and sales insights. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineer Industrial Design or a related field. Must have Five (5) years or more in a technical role Must have automated equipment experience Must have AutoCAD experience Preferred experience in a factory automation industry (someone who worked their way up with machine builder experience as well as experience with processing parts and designing equipment). Preferred experience in a similar role would be a plus. Must have excellent technical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Must have strong leadership and organizational abilities with an aptitude for details. Must have a willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have strong interpersonal and motivational skills Must have good computer skills (Windows) Able to lift 50lbs Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
