Comes with RESIDUAL INCOME and the opportunity to grow your own Agency NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED You will be required to get your Life Insurance License in Michigan which costs 50. We will walk you through this. Full and in depth training on sales and business growth included. Commission contracts start at 70% and grow as high as 100% Responsibilities and Duties Schedule flexibility make calls to your clients to schedule to meet with them on. Meet with clients to provide them with life and health insurance benefits based on their needs. Utilize our lead generation and be taught how to grow your own client base. Fast promotions and fast contract raises When promoted you can start growing your team of agents and start your own agency Requirements High school diploma or similar. Strong self-motivation. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous. Ability to cope with rejection. Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
