Real Estate Transaction Coordinator needs 2 years experience Real Estate Transaction Coordinator requires MS Office Strong organization skills Clear and friendly vocal presence on the phone and common-sense problem-solving skills. Prior real estate or transaction coordination and customer service call center experience is desirable. Real Estate Transaction Coordinator duties Assist Account Managers by locating and contacting difficult to reach landlords landowners and other persons related cell tower communications contracts ( Leads ) Utilize a wide variety of software and tools such as web-based information-gathering software tax records property records general web searches drafting contact letters and other tools to attempt to contact the landlords by phone e-mail FedEx and by mail as necessary to obtain valid contact information for the Leads. Update the current and valid contact information in Salesforce and forward such information to the Account Manager(s) assigned to that Lead. Assist coordinating conference calls and phone appointments between Leads and the corresponding Account Manager. Find valid contact information for 50 or more Leads Document your activity and notes in a client resource management (CRM) software tool such as Salesforce Database. Connect found Leads to Account Managers in hand off process.
