High Tech Genesis is seeking an outstanding Project Manager to manage projects programs and a wide range of activities within the agile software development teams for Security R& D team. Responsibilities Agile Project Management and coaching in support of R& D software development teams including development tasks and bug management Corporate and legal compliancy projects for R& D software Industry standards and regulatory compliance projects Have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time involving customers and development teams Work closely with all stakeholders to meet project goals and expectations Has a customer-focused mindset to release the best and highest quality product releases Proactively identify project program risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate and track them to resolution Manage continuous delivery projects Communicate effectively with all stakeholders across the organization Scripting dashboards and metrics Define and facilitate ongoing process improvement Facilitate Post mortem and root cause analysis Loves to work on a great cross-functional team collaborating effectively with various groups to understand business objectives customer needs and gaps and deliver on team objectives Required Skills and Experience5 years experience in project management of software projects DevOps knowledge is an asset Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum Familiar with release management activities Experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira Confluence etc.) Possesses a strong technical aptitude with attention to detail Exceptional communication presentation and motivational skills Strong desire to serve our customers teams and the business Excellent listener and highly skilled in building and maintaining both internal and external relationships Adept at conflict resolution understanding team dynamics and facilitating collaboration to find solutions Proficiency with enterprise security and related technologies Understanding with Cloud computing specifically AWS Experience with obtaining and maintaining federal certifications for products including Common Criteria FIPS PCI ISO Prior experience in developing or delivering and supporting products in non-project management roles (development quality assurance support etc.) Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering a related field or equivalent experience Note 1 You MUST be legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. possess Canadian Citizenship Permanent Residency or Valid Work Permit).Note 2 High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Note 3 In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) HTG will provide accommodation accessible formats and communication supports for the interview process upon request.Note 4 Please submit an MS Word version of your resume when applying for this position.Note 5 Salary is commensurate with experience.
