Vanderlaan Installations Ltd. is looking for full time Carpenter at 11 Loyalist Dr Brighton ON K0K 1H0 Canada. There are 3 positions available. Main duties are as follows but not limited to Read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools Measure cut shape assemble and join materials made of wood wood substitutes lightweight steel and other materials Fit and install trim items such as doors stairs moulding and hardware Maintain repair and renovate residences and wooden structures Supervise apprentices and other construction workers Installation of aluminium siding soffit fascia and eavestrough on new residential homes Removal of existing siding soffit fascia and eavestrough on residential homes Previous experience using an aluminium brake Hours of work are Mon-Fri 40 hours week. Pay is 25 hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience. Please send resumes via email to ron(at)vaninstall.com.
