Provide and manage health education programs that help patients and families deal with illness disease of patient. Collect and analyze data to identify needs of patients prior to planning implementing monitoring and evaluating programs designed to help patient and their families. May serve as a resource to assist individuals families and other healthcare workers to deal with covid-19. Will gather all materials such as face masks gloves and sanitizers for distribution to healthcare providers patients and their families. Will check available booster shots and other medicines available to the patient the family and the healthcare providers. Will hold virtual meetings with patients and their families as needed to discuss treatment plan. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with agencies and organizations that deal with patients illness or condition. Maintain databases mailing lists telephone networks and other information to facilitate the functioning of health education programs. Document activities and record information about presentations conducted and persons assisted. Develop and present health education and promotion programs such as training workshops conferences needed by the company. Will accept Master s Degree in Medicine Pharmacy or Nursing.
