Maintain store staff by recruiting training supervising and appraising staff. Identify goods and services to be sold and implement pricing and credit policies Keeps management activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly territory analyses. Establish positive relationships with our contractor customers. Deal with customer queries and complaints. Oversee pricing and stock control. Manage merchandising sales flyer program special events other marketing tasks etc. Motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service improve their efficiency and meet sales targets.
