Starting Salary at 20 hr and up depending on experienceAvailable Shifts1) Full-Time LPN Position- Day Shift- 6p to 6a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend2)Full-Time LPN Position - Day Shift - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. rotating schedule that includes every other weekend 3) Full-Time LPN Position- 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Monday Tuesday Friday SaturdayHiring Bonus - A 1 500.00 Hiring Bonus will be paid to LPNs that are hired for SJP full-time Healthcare jobs. Half ( 750) paid at 30 days of employment and remainder ( 750) at 6 months of employment. It is important to provide a complete and relevant employment history. Pay is determined by verifiable experience. The LPN is responsible for coordinating with the health care team to deliver quality care and restorative services to maximize resident health potential functional capacity and quality of life. Provides direct and indirect nursing care resident assessment care planning intervention and evaluation to meet resident needs. The LPN is responsible for the direction and supervision of nursing assistants and ensuring the provision of quality care and health services and compliance with professional nursing standards of practice and state and federal regulations. Ability to represent the corporation in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with staff and managers good human relation skills strong verbal and written communication skills strong organizational and documentation skills ability to maintain confidentiality highly motivated energetic and compassionate. Reliable work ethic good attendance and punctuality. The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited LPN program holds a current unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse and has at least one year of experience. Long-term care experience and experience with residents in advanced stage dementia a plus.
