Web DeveloperLocation San Antonio TXPls. apply online at www.command-cs.com careersFLSA Classification Exempt - SalariedEmployment Class Full Time RegularPosition Summary Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a qualified Web Developer Helpdesk Support who will support the application data migration and ongoing system maintenance and help desk support services for the Facility Requirements & Operations Information Database (FROID) SharePoint System Analysis Migration and Support Services in support of the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) in San Antonio TX.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide ongoing system maintenance and support services to maintain the security and operational posture of the system. This includes applying security and application patches and updates. Provide help desk support for the application as needed. Analyze troubleshoot resolve and track customer requests for support using the help desk ticketing system. Support the application and data migration to a FedRAMP compliant Government hosting environment. Maintain custom code components written in TypeScript C .NET Build and maintain custom queries in Azure SQL Assist with project management defining technical requirements and developing solutions. Support a test environment for changes and functionality tests through the migration. Validate existing functionality in the new environment. Validate data migration to ensure integrity. Support maintenance of an Authority to Operate (ATO) through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Provide system sustainment for FROID SharePoint and related modules including all web-based systems developed using Microsoft SharePoint and SQL database. Conduct ongoing assessment risk determination and remediation to maintain an effective security posture and accreditation status. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements Required Two (2) to five (5) years of Microsoft SharePoint Development experience. Must possess or obtain within 90 days of employment a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or above (see s public.cyber.mil cw cwmp dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications ) Must possess or obtain within 120 days of employment an approved Computing Environment certification relevant to job duties. Ability to pass and maintain a Tier 1 (T1) Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) Investigation. A current adjudicated T1 FIS investigation or higher is preferred. Preferred Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Security or a related field of study preferred. Experience supporting the FROID SharePoint application Experience supporting system security authorization processes under RMF. Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required Experience designing and developing content management records management workflows business intelligence type of solutions using the SharePoint 2013 2016 and SharePoint online platform. Significant programming background in JavaScript CCS HTML jQery IQRY TypeScript C .NET. Experience with SharePoint Designer PowerApps Flow. Experience in Web Parts Site Collections Site Columns Content Types Workflows Search Service Delve Excel Service and Metadata Service Understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory Understanding of federal security regulatory requirements and security frameworks including RMF NIST SP 800-series FISMA FIPS FedRAMP etc. Demonstrated experience using IA artifacts and tooling including vulnerability testing and related network system test tools e.g. Retina Nessus STIG compliance checker ACAS Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and more. Comprehensive understanding of DoD MHS services and programs and other usability standards as well as user interface design methodologies. Comprehensive understanding of DoD DHA IT Security and IA policies directives and publications and shall maintain awareness of relevant cyber-related policy issues. Proficiency with MS Office Suite including SharePoint Excel Word PowerPoint Visio and Teams. Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills ability to write proposals or SOPs act as Government liaison mentor junior admins senior helpdesk technicians and work closely with Government leadership. Ability to read write speak and understand English fluently. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management verbally and in writing. Awareness of Governance methodologies commonly governing DoD organizations. Preferred Demonstrated incident problem and request management processes leveraging the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service framework and best practices.
