Be able to offer unique products and services and always represent the store image through positive attitude and professional product knowledge. Assist the manager to recruit train and evaluate staff in a positive and motivated way. Set weekly work schedules for staff and monitor team members performance including attendance attitudes and professional knowledge. Provide direction and guidance for team members. Define and determine the service standards for the purpose of achieving or even surpassing the company goals. Balance employees relationships to help our popcorn team maintain a friendly working environment. Efficiently respond to customers inquiries and complaints to ensure positive customer experiences. Ensure the store to follow the Kernels Popcorn procedure Federal and Provincial health and safety requirements and regulations. Monitor and manage the food inventory through checking and maintaining inventory levels and order supplies for the store to avoid unnecessary loss and waste. Maintain popcorn equipment regularly in order to keep smooth daily operation of the store.
