We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to help in organizing day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to customers and assist in daily administrative activities. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 20.25 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Maintain internal databases Keep employee records (physical and digital) Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners Distribute incoming and outgoing mail Organize store and print company documents as needed Answer and redirect phone calls Handle queries from customers Qualifications Some experience in office administration customer service preferred Familiarity with office equipment including printers and fax machines Experience with office management tools (MS Office software Word and Excel in particular) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Background verification required Drug test required
