The work can be in any location including the Oklahoma City OK office. The Contracts Administrator participates in the Contract Department by processing and providing oversight with assigned major Federal State and Commercial Contracts and associated Subcontracts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform full life cycle contract management with strong attention to detail Prepare and execute all Contract Support documentation e.g. Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements Prime Awards Modifications Subcontract Agreements and Subcontractor Task Orders Implement the corporate contract management system utilizing industry best practices Contribute to the proposal and pre & post-award Contracts Department support Assist with contractual terms and conditions to administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures applicable laws and customer requirements Complete assigned Contracts Department reports as required Initiate and or conducts meetings with contractors concerning contractual problems as requested by Program Project Manager Work independently with general supervision Interface and coordinate with internal support staff as needed Ensure timely support to the subsidiaries for all contracts subcontracts and purchasing requirements Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements A Bachelor s Degree with three (3) to five (5) years recent experience in managing Federal Contracts to include Services Supplies and or Construction. Candidates with five (5) to seven (7) years related work experience will be given consideration in lieu of bachelor s degree Experience managing multiple award ID IQs to include responding to RTOPs Experience with government systems FAR-DFARS CFR SAM CMR SCR CPARS and PPIRS Experience responding to and resolving notifications for contract deficiencies Exceptional oral and written communication skills Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification a plus Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance a plus Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Passport a plus Working Conditions Working Environment Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to Sit for long periods of time.
