Currently we are looking for a full-time Sales Supervisor who will be a good fit to join our team and continue bringing the Gratia s vision of community to life. Work Location 22225 Dewdney Trunk Road Maple Ridge BC V2X 3H8Position Title Sales SupervisorTerms of Employment Full-time PermanentEstimated Starting Date As Soon As PossiblePosition Available 1Wage 24.00 25.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)Work Hours 30 hours per weekBenefit 2 weeks paid vacation or 4 % vacation pay Job Duties Supervise delegate tasks to and prepare work schedules for floor staffs including cashiers Approve payments and refunds as needed and accordingly to store policy Handle issues regarding sales supplies and customer concerns that may arise with tact and effective leadership Oversee merchandise inventory and place order to maintain inventory as needed Produce regular reports to inform management about sales merchandising and staffing matters Maintain the visual appeal of Gratia Bakery & Caf including ensuring caf cleanliness and proper signage displays Train floor staffs including cashiers on proper cash operations and assist the Owner with hiring new staffs as needed Perform some managerial duties as needed such as opening and closing the store and receiving deliveries. Qualifications Completion of secondary school is required Previous sales related work experience such as a retail salesperson or sales clerk cashier telemarketer door-to-door salesperson is usually required Goal-oriented and leadership skills are required Problem-solving skills and a great team player.
