Checker Designer - AutoCAD 2D Industrial Machinery Pipe & Tube - Youngstown OH - JOB 22-00079 Pay Range 27.00 - 32.00 HR Contract to Possible Permanent Position with Benefits. Industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking a Checker who can also work as a Designer that is proficient with AutoCAD 2D and experienced with industrial machinery and equipment design and checking general shop practices hydraulics and OSHAA compliance machine parts and components. REQUIREMENTSAssociates degree in drafting or cad OR commensurable experience. Eight (8) years or more experience doing industrial machine design and checking. AutoCAD 2D proficiency is a must. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in industrial machine and equipment design and checking general shop practices hydraulics and OSHAA compliance machine parts and components. Specific experience designing Cold Forming Machinery is a big plus. Experienced with draw benches material handling & hydraulic powered machinery. MS Office Word Excel Outlook experienced Currently use 2D AutoCAD but have some stations of Inventor and would to at some point migrate to that. Proficient with Inventor and or AutoCAD 3D is a plus. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
