We pre-qualify applicants in order to provide the best quality candidates to the numerous Hospitality Companies who work with us nationwide.Job SummaryWhite Lodging is one of the county s leading hotel management companies that was founded in 1985 where it once only held and managed 16 hotels in the early 2000 s and how has more than 90 premium hotels. That is not including about 30 restaurants and 30 brands in 20 states. White Lodging is looking to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition to guide and execute company strategy in recruting. This candidate must be able to lead White Lodging to achieve their vision to build and sustain the deepest and most capable management team in the hospitality industry. Major Responsiblities but not limited to - Carry out strategic vision and direction that aligns with company goals- Partner with the COO SVP of Operations and VP of Organizational Capability to execute talent acquisition strategy -Hire train coach and mentor field Recruiters- Prepare for and facilitate regular manpower planning meetings with RVPs and corporate VPs- Make recommendations on necessary IT to support recruiting- Work with IT on access or technical issues with the ATS and other training systems- Ensure department communication and materials are in line with White Lodging employment branding- Work with communications to effectively promote recruiting programs- Work with talent team to create training that teaches the field effective recruiting- Oversee effective college and international recruiting strategies- Maintain recruiting vendor relationshipsJob Requirements - 3 years in Director level HR experience OR 5 years in Sr. Management HR experience - Must be able to lead a strong team of a minimum of 4 people - Hospitality experience is preferred Skills - Strong leadership skills- Strong Coaching and mentoring skills- Strategic and projecr management skills- Proven results in recruiting- Able to manage multiple priorities and competing demands to meet deadlines and goals- Working knowledge of international employee rules and regulations To submit your application for this job please go to s hospitality.greatjob.net jobtools jncustomsearch.viewFullSingle in_organid 18607& in_jnCounter 223062044& in_jobDate Last 24 Hours& in_skills MRT%2F1279120PeopleScout is the Recruiting Services Provider for World Class Hospitality Companies
