Architect - Classical Architecture Custom High-End Residential Design AutoCAD 2D - Cleveland OH - JOB 22-00048Salary Range 60K - 80K Permanent Position with Benefits A small architectural firm specializing high-end custom multi-million-dollar homes is seeking to add an experienced Architect that specializes in classical architecture who is proficient with AutoCAD 2D to add to their staff to support on-going growth of the firm.REQUIREMENTSBachelors or Master s degree in Architecture (must be NAAB accredited program). Must be a license Architect or close to obtaining license. Qualified candidates must have completed their internship and have experience in high-end multi-million-dollar custom residential homes. Seeking candidates that have been trained in Classical Architecture and or have several years of high-end custom multi-million-dollar homes experience. Must have exemplary detailing skills and be organized. AutoCAD 2014 LT proficiency MS Office (word excel outlook) experienced Qualified candidates will have 5- 10 years of excellent design & detailing experience for custom high-end residential homes & be very organized. Maintain client interaction & the quality of project. Able to design layouts floor plans ceilings elevations and the ability to put a complete set of construction documents (CD s) together. This position does require minimal travel to clients and job sites. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. No Relocation Assistance Available.
