Responsibilities include The Audience Distribution team is responsible for capturing and organizing data assets into targetable audiences across marketing channels. The Sr Program Specialist Marketing Audience Distribution will work within the Marketing Platforms & Distribution team to support data collection audience creation and audience distribution by managing requests from multiple stakeholders. The Sr. Program Specialist will operate in multiple advertising and marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Google and LiveRamp to manage data flow tagging and audiences. The successful candidate will need to work in a fast-paced quick-to-market environment while maintaining an impeccably high standard of accuracy as well as work with groups across multiple time zones. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Marketing or related major and 2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.Experience with advertising and or marketing tech platforms such as DMPs Digital Analytics platforms tag management systems and onboarding platforms preferredUnderstanding of the roles of various advertising and or marketing tech platforms in a marketing ecosystem preferredDemonstrated ability to manage projects effectively against timelinesDemonstrated ability to think independently and create solutions CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Managing Audience Workflow and Campaign Activation Manages stakeholder audience and campaign requests for marketing programsSupports audience distribution efforts across tagging and various activation platformsManages audience distribution project workflows and stakeholder relationshipsManages organization of some ad marketing tech platforms (folder structures categorization etc.)Supporting Audience Creation and DistributionPartner with data science teams to identify and enhance data feeds to destinations for audience creationManage overall process creation and improvement roadmapSupports Director and Senior Manager of Audience Distribution and in developing strategies for enhanced targeting Additional Responsibilities Informs updates and provides information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone in written form e-mail or in person in a timely mannerAttends and participates in all relevant meetingsPresents ideas expectations and information in a concise organized mannerUses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow upMaintains positive working relations with internal customers and department managersManages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized mannerPerforms other reasonable duties as assigned by manager MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES Leadership Adaptability -
