Position Info Position Tile Installer Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 25.00 - 29.00 hour (depending on experience) Hours 30 40 hours week Number of Positions 2 Work Location 3408 Foxwood Court Victoria BC V9C 0G9 Benefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Job Duties Prepare measure and mark surface to be covered Construct underbeds and install anchor bolts cables and brackets Mix apply and spread mortar cement mastic glue or other adhesives using hand trowel Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting equipment Place tiles and apply pressure to affix them to the base Install tile strips Cut surface polish and install marble and granite Use levels squares and straightedges to align and straighten tiles Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles May prepare cost estimates and orders Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of experience in related field is required Education Completion of secondary school is required Language English How to Apply Company information JY SHINWOO CONSTRUCTION LTD. dba J.Y Tiling LTD Email address jytilingltd(at)gmail.com Please apply via Email indicated above
