Position Info Position Food Service Supervisor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 17.00 20.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location A-1221 7th Avenue Fernie BC V0B 1M0 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Supervise co-ordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff Ensure the quality of foods and services meets standards Make sure foods are prepared as customers requirement Maintain and supervise the records of stock sales and wastage Resolve customers complaints and concerns Establish work schedules Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required Train workers in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures Job requirements Experience 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Education Completion of Secondary School is required.
