Staff Accountant - Account Analysis Payroll Reconciling & Payment - Solon OH - JOB 22-00033Salary Range 47K - 52K Permanent Position with Benefits. 1000 SIGN ON BONUS A local manufacturer of products that are used in the industrial and commercial markets is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant to service multiple companies to handle various aspects of transaction entry and ensure accuracy of records through Trial Balance and Financial Statements.Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Basic and Voluntary life insurance Paid personal and vacation days. Flexible spending account program short- and long-term disability insurance Credit union membership 401k profit sharing 1000 SIGN ON BONUS REQUIREMENTSBA in accounting or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years experience as an accountant Must be versatile organized detailed and forward thinking with ability to multi-task needed for this position with strong technical analytical and computer skills. Clerical duties as required. Solid business and mathematical aptitude. Experience working in accounting ERP software system Sage experience a plus. Works well under pressure requiring little supervision. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience RESPONSIBILITIES Review code and data entry or import vendor invoices. Previous experience in coding and using judgment for posting reconciling and payment including monthly balancing. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are required for multiple company transactions. Vendor setup-W-9 reviews through issuing 1099-MISC and NEC. Assist in payroll Time collection Time Off requests. Familiar with Earnings and deductions processing. Account analysis and reconciling companies timely for bi-weekly payroll. Post daily cash activity from various sources to customer accounts and analyze as required. Account Analysis for assigned accounts includes researching transactions and problem solving. Filing and other clerical and administrative duties as required Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
