NOW OFFERING 1 000 SIGN ON BONUS Qualifications Associates in Administrative Assistant or Human Resources or a minimum of 10 years experience in human resources. Bachelors or Masters degree in human resources preferred. Responsibilities Plan develop implement and monitor policies and procedures according to state and federal laws and regulations. Assist and provide leadership to the management team in regards to all human resources operations. Oversee the new employee onboarding process including completion of the background checks. Develop maintain and oversee the professional development process. Advise and consult with management on employee relation matters. Hours 40 hours week 250 days year.
