Sushiwood is looking for F T Food Service Supervisor.Position Info Position Food Service Supervisor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 17.00 20.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30 40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 702 Vernon Street Nelson BC V1L 4G2 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Order ingredients and supplies that are needed for food preparation Resolve customers complaints or concerns Supervise the activities of food service staff Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required Instruct and train workers in job duties and procedures of sanitation and safety Manage and keep the records of stock sales and wastage Establish work schedules Ensure the food and service meet the quality control standards Job requirements Experience 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Education Completion of Secondary School is required.
