Maintain records of food costs sales and inventory Purchase kitchen supplies and ingredients Manage and train kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep cooking and delivering food to diners promptly Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards Recruit and hire staff included cooks and other kitchen workers Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies such as food and ingredients Supervise activities of cooks and kitchen staffs Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience as a chef are required. Education Completion of Secondary School is required.
