The PeopleReady located at Calgary Alberta T2H 0A2 is currently hiring a General Labour Job Description We are looking for a crew of efficient safety-minded Labourers for a residential construction development. We have work available for the right candidate in a variety of positions. Applicants should have residential construction industry experience and access to reliable transportation. Labourers with special skills such as concrete finishing and carpentry are in especially high demand. We offer a consistent work schedule and competitive pay. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 16 Hour - 17.50 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day). Responsibilities Include Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain Dig pits trenches and foundations in preparation for job site construction Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site Back-fill trenches and pits when necessary Provide labour support as needed for specialty crew Qualifications No experience required CSA approved work boots Good work ethics
