We are looking for a responsible Receiving Clerks to receive inspect and record shipments with materials or product. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the inbound process from receipts to directing the put aways. This will enable our lead the flexibility of addressing any receiving discrepancies communication to our vendors auditing the receipts and the ability to research all reported OS& Ds. Checking their contents to ensure they match orders. A receiving clerk must have a great eye for details and basic math skills. They also must have adequate clerical skills to update records and follow up with supplies. The goal is to ensure we receive the correct packages and stock them appropriately. Note - Pay rate for this position is 15 Hour Shift -1st Shift (Day) andWeekends Responsibilities Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt Inspect contents to ensure they are not damaged Verify packages according to order and invoices Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified Assume responsibility for unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control Qualifications Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position Excel Word Microsoft Office and WMS knowledge Prior receiving experience Team Player Great communication and interpersonal abilities Background check is required.
