The PeopleReady located at Calgary Alberta T2H 0A2 is currently hiring a Handyman Job Description A Handyman can take care of a variety of tasks including painting cutting grass installing doors and shelves and repairing furniture. Focus will be on regular maintenance and visiting various job sites to make repairs when needed. Handymen operate equipment like industrial vacuum cleaners carpet cleaners leaf blowers and other tools to keep the interior and exterior of homes and businesses looking great. They may also apply wallpaper or paint repair or assemble furniture or remove snow and debris from walkways. Pay Rate for this Job is 16 Hour - 17.50 Hour Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Include Moving heavy furniture and equipment Cleaning out residential apartments after tenant move Gathering tools and supplies and bringing them to the worksite Keeping all pathways and outdoor areas cleared and tidied Snow removal as needed Qualifications Previous experience is not a strict requirement for this job. That said candidates who have experience in painting carpentry landscaping or a similar line of work are often preferred.
