Mechanical Design Engineer Plumbing HVAC AutoCAD Revit MEP - Akron OH - JOB 22-00010Salary Range 65k - 80k Permanent Position with Benefits. A local growing engineering consulting firm is seeking to add a Mechanical Engineer to their team.REQUIREMENTSBSME Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus. Qualified candidates will have 5 years experience minimal doing mechanical engineering and design for HVAC & Plumbing projects for large & small Retail Commercial and Lite Industrial types of projects. Candidates must be proficient with AutoCAD. Revit MEP is a plus. HVAC & Plumbing design and all associated calculations. Must be familiar with related symbols and different types of heating & cooling systems (Roof Top Units Cooling Towers 4 & 2 Pipe systems Overhead & Underground systems Hot & Cold pipes). Must be very familiar with plumbing & HVAC codes and pipe sizing. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
