Looking for Clerical Workers to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.Clerical Worker responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. This role will help our Accounting department run smoothly ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. Shift -1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Prepare sales order for billing and check and verify all GL codes Match up freight bills with sales ordersand find UPS charges for sales orders Monitor freight to follow invoices Monitor back-ordered invoices Monitor the Open Sales order file Online Billing Maintain Open Sales Order Reports at the end of the month Add New Resale Certificates to the server Send copies of invoices to customers as requested Assistant as needed Qualifications Reliable and dependable (ability to make it into work every day) Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail & time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance A team player who will jump in and help the team in other functions when needed Able to work well in a team environment. Takes direction from management Background check is required
