As an Inner City Truck Driver you would have the responsibility of transporting and parking vehicles in a parking lot or garage at an auto auction site. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 22 Hour - 25 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) 3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends Responsibilities Include Delivery and installation Assist dispatch with other duties as required including but not limited to communications with both the customer and dispatch completing paperwork Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ability to solve problems as they arise while on road Provide consistent on-time pickup and delivery service performance Communicates priorities in a professional manner with shipping receiving and dispatcher Ability to operate a mobile computing device Portray a professional image as a representative of SCI White Glove Inc. including the minor maintenance and presentation of vehicle uniform etc Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Team player Flexible work schedule required Highly customer focused with the ability to exceed expectations Use safe backing process and all safety requirements while making deliveries Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned by Management Other duties as assigned Qualifications Safely lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly up and down stairs ramps and into office spaces with or without mechanical assistance. Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (pallet jacks stair climbers dollies etc.) Previous experience with handling high end commercial electronics i.e. printers photo copiers mobile devices Previous experience with Load Securement practices Complete daily trip reports and record delivery activities Flexible work schedule required. Demonstrate exceptional customer service through interactions with customers Strong customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to follow process and be detail oriented Strong safety outlook. Must have clean Criminal Back Ground check Must have a clean and current Drivers Abstract Working Conditions General Warehouse and outside weather conditions Key Responsibilities Perform driving delivery and installation Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly Communicate in a professional manner with shipping receiving and technical staff Assist dispatch with other duties as required including but not limited to communications with both the customer and dispatch completing paperwork and assist with navigation. Ability to operate a mobile computing device Portray a safe and professional image as a representative of SCI White Glove Inc. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Highly customer focused with the ability to exceed expectations Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned by Management.
