Position Motel ManagerWages CAD 27.00 hourTypes Full-time PermanentWorking hours 30 40 hrs weekBenefits 4% of vacation pay Job Duties Plan direct and evaluate the motel s daily operations Create implement and update policies and procedures Conduct budgeting and monitor revenues and expenses Plan and organize motel activities to drive sales including marketing strategies and pricing Hire supervise staff and evaluate their performance Monitor training and prepare staff schedules and shifts Build good relationship and negotiate with suppliers for provision and pricing of supplies and materials Ensure safety rules and regulations are met Resolve customer complaints and related issues. Job Requirements Completion of secondary school 2-3 years of experience in the accommodation industry A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline asset.
