Maintenance support person to be on-site. Note - Pay rate for this job is 15 Hour. Shift timing - 1st shift (Day) Responsibilities Include General Maintenance and Handyman with General Carpentry Skills. Community consists of 60 buildings containing a total of 533 attached residential townhomes on 35 acres. The position requires general maintenance and carpentry skills. Qualifications Must be safety-minded and demonstrate working knowledge of good safety habits. Basic knowledge of painting construction carpentry and building maintenance. Must be capable of accurate measurements measuring twice and cutting once. Basic woodworking a MUST. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures Minimum 3-5 years of experience Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to work on their feet for 7 - 8 hours per day. Must be able to use ladders frequently as well as bending squatting lifting pulling pushing Must be able to work outdoors Own hand and power tools. Some company tools will be supplied. Work closely with the Maintenance team by assisting with other duties as assigned. Clean driving record Background check and Drug screen required.
